Cinderella Pet Rescue Adoption Process
The adoption fees include basic vaccinations, deworming and spaying/neutering for all cats and dogs. In addition, Heartworm, Lyme, Ehrlichia & Anaplasma testing is included for dogs as well as Heartworm, Feline Leukemia and Feline FIV testing for cats. Each pet is micro-chipped.
The adoption fees only cover a small part of the actual cost to prepare a pet for adoption. But they help!
We add a surcharge for healthy pure breed dogs in order to help fund the animals that come to us with severe medical treatment needs or stay a long time before they find their forever home.
Equines (Horse or donkey):

Adoption Fees
DOG or CAT:
When you are interested in adopting a pet from Cinderella Pet Rescue, you will need to fill out the appropriate Adoption Application. Next the Placement Committee will review your application to determine if you would be a good match with your chosen pet. Then a meet will be scheduled to determine if you and the pet "click" and seem like a good fit. If this goes well, the adoption fee will need to be paid. (If, at any point, the adoption is not approved then the fee will be refunded.)
If you are provisionally approved for adoption a virtual home visit will be scheduled to determine if it is a safe/appropriate environment for the chosen pet. Finally, references will be checked and the Adoption Committee will confer to make the ultimate determination. If the adoption is approved, your pet will be delivered to you or made available for you to take home.
EQUINE:
Fill out an Adoption Application. If the Placement Committee approves your application then a visit will be scheduled to review the location where the animal would be kept if the adoption is approved. If the application and location are approved then you will be given the paperwork and permission to safely transport the animal after the adoption fee is paid.
