LIGHTNING
This shy lady was born March 17, 2010, and weighs about 55 pounds. Although she generally gets along with other dogs she has been picked on a lot by some of them. She is timid at first and takes a while to warm up with both dogs and people. But once she trusts, she is a loving girl. She does well with most dogs but will bark at cattle and horses. She is easy to bathe and walks well on a leash. She rides well in the car and is housetrained. Lightning is eager to find a warm, understanding family. She would be happiest if she could live in a home without hyper dogs or children. Lightning can be super sweet once she knows she is safe. She will make a terrific companion for some special person.
