Sweet Jasper loves to get attention. He is happy to be held and cuddled. Easy to bathe, Jasper is a pleasure to interact with. Born in July 2023, he weighed 12 lbs in October and has plenty of growing ahead of him. He likes to play with friendly dogs almost as much as he likes to be with people. He is a precious fellow eager to be loved and cared for in his own forever home.
